This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and SnatchIT.com, LLC ("Company" or "we" or "us"), governing your use of SnatchIT Now marketplace platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Acceptance of the Agreement
1.1 By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 1.2 If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you should not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Registration

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. 2.2 You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. 2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of the Platform
3.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 3.2 You are solely responsible for any content you post, including product listings, descriptions, and images. You must ensure that your content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights or violate any laws. 3.3 You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Platform's services. 3.4 You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform, including but not limited to distributing viruses or other harmful computer code.
4. Transactions and Payments
4.1 Sellers are responsible for accurately listing their products and fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner. 4.2 Buyers are responsible for paying the agreed-upon price for the products purchased through the Platform. 4.3 The Company will collect a commission fee from sellers for each completed transaction. The commission fee will be deducted from the total transaction amount. 4.4 The Company may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of such payment processors.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The Platform and all its contents, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, and other materials, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. 5.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the intellectual property rights without the Company's prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or representations. 6.2 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided on the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform. 7.2 In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of commission fees collected from you in the preceding six months.
8. Termination
8.1 The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason without prior notice. 8.2 Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.
9. General Provisions
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Platform. 9.2 The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. 9.3 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. 9.4 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction. 9.5 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Your Jurisdiction.
By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this User Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
