This Copyright Policy ("Policy") outlines the guidelines and procedures regarding copyright infringement on the SnatchIT Now marketplace platform ("Platform") provided by SnatchIT.com, LLC. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all users of the Platform to do the same. 1. Copyright Infringement Notification
1.1 If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on the Platform, you or your authorized representative may submit a written notification ("Notification") to our designated Copyright Agent.
1.2 The Notification must include the following information:
a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
b) Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.

f) A statement that the information provided in the Notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2.1 If you believe that the material you posted on the Platform was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification ("Counter-Notification") to our designated Copyright Agent.
2.2 The Counter-Notification must include the following information:
a) Your physical or electronic signature.
b) Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared on the Platform before removal or disabling.
c) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
d) Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
e) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located or, if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction in which the Platform is hosted, and that you will accept service of process from the party who provided the original Notification.

4. Repeat Infringers
We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
While we strive to promptly respond to and investigate all copyright infringement notifications, we cannot guarantee immediate action or resolution. We reserve the right to seek legal remedies or take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in copyright laws or our practices. Any updates will be posted on the Platform, and the revised Policy will become effective upon posting.
